Through delicate lyrics wrapped in energetic folk-pop vibes that sit somewhere between the raw honesty of Jim Croce and the lush production of Ben Rector, Austin's music seeks to explore the full spectrum of life's hills and valleys. An artist on a journey, Austin invites you to join him in joy, sorrow, nostalgia, fear, and contemplation over what it means to be humanely connected to others and to the world around us.
After 7 years of growing and developing in Austin and Central Texas, the shifting tides of life called Austin down to Galveston and reinvigorated his music. His debut EP Songbird was recorded with producer Geoff Rockwell (Forever The Sickest Kids, PRIZM, Reagan James) at South Side Recorders in Fort Worth, and seeks to both question and affirm changing relationships along a changing path through life.
